Between the amazingly friendly and attentive customer service care over the phone, I was also greeted with the same enthusiasm and hospitality in person. Ken took the time to meet with me multiple times in one day as I was coming to a decision. He also took the time to let me look at several units available to ensure I was comfortable with moving forward with the purchase. Fast, friendly, thorough, attentive service. Thank you! My Dad had a storage unit there. We finally emptied it in Dec 2024. Every time we went to the establishment, it was clean and hardly anyone there. They had carts you could use, for free, to help wheel heavy items to your storage unit or to your car. I hate that we can not use the dumpster out back. We would have to take out trash with us.

The staff are especially helpful - great customer service. However, the rental rates do creep up rather quickly. I had 2 rate increases in less than 1 year. I was uncomfortable with the location of this facility, which is in a secluded area, off the road, near a park entrance. There were a few cars hanging around early morning of my move day, with one shady looking female requesting a jump start. I'm thankful the company who helped me move protected me from the "I need a jump start" distraction.
