FRIENDLY & HELPFUL STAFF! PERFECT LOCATION! CLEAN! CONVENIENT! I really can't say enough about this location. I have had 4 units at this location. It's in a location that is off the beaten path which is nice. The facility and units are CLEAN! Stephanie in the office is absolutely THE BEST! She has been a gem to work with the past few months. I trust keeping my HHG here until my home is done being built. Stephanie and her staff have made relocating back to MD so much easier! Also, I got a great price on all my units. I'm extremely pleased with this Extra Space on Guilford Rd and am so glad I found this location! I highly recommend you do too!

I rated it a 4 vs 5 simply because the rate kept going up. I was granted some flexibility which I appreciated, however. over 2 years the rate increased 100% from ~$50 per month to over $100 per month. Outside of that...Stephanie was awesome! This place was always clean, accessible and seemed safe. In fact, I have referred other people to this storage place.
