I recently moved from a 3000 sq. ft. house to a 1500 sq. ft. townhouse. Obviously the math did not work. I had already rented one unit from ExtraSpace but quickly realized on moving in day that it would not fit all the overflow. I was able very quickly to rent another unit but then discovered when we drove down to deliver the goods that would not fit in the townhouse that the moving truck could not fit through the gates. It was already 8pm on a VERY long day but they opened some doors to allow us to carry the goods through the building to our unit and saved the day. This is customer service at its best!!!

I have had six different units at this location, five climate controlled and one drive up unit. Cindy, the manager, works tirelessly to insure that the facility is spotless!! She is deeply concerned about "her" clients and treats us like family. She will do whatever she can to assist us. I am overjoyed to have found such a facility, with such an outstanding, caring person as the manager.

I have moved many, many times. This storage facilitiy and it's staff are the best that I have used. This facility is kept very clean and the staff is friendly, professional and helpful. Even after regular office business hours, there is a clean bathroom on site for the customers. This comes in handy if you are planning on being there awhile. I highly recommend. I can't think of one complaint.

If you live in the Crofton, Gambrills, Odenton, Millersville area, I highly recommend this ExtraSpace storage location. The inside units were well kept and secure. It's air conditioned and there is even pop/rock music to enjoy while you are loading and unloading. On top of all this, Cindy in the office is top notch. She is professional and thorough. If she says she'll get back to you on something, she will. She explains things in a way that is complete and easy to understand. I expect you'll think the same should you decide to choose this ExtraSpace storage location too.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The building is clean, presentable and my storage unit is exactly what I needed. I have every confidence that my belongings are safe and secure at the Extra Space Storage in Gambrills, MD. I had visited other competitor locations and did not feel comfortable with either their security or cleanliness. Extra Space is both clean and secure at a price that I can afford.

I have only stored stuff in my unit for two months but it has been a breeze so far. Very easy to get started, all of the costs were explained upfront, and easy to pay online. The manager is really nice at my location, which makes me confident she would aptly deal with any problems that could arise.

She knows her customers by name, has most of their unit #'s memorized, and treats everyone like family. She's CLEARLY dedicated and cares for the property as if it were hers personally and not a corporate facility. She takes the time to get to know her customers better than anyone you'll ever encounter in a customer service position. If she ever leaves, ESS will be in a big pickle!

The staff are so friendly and helpful. I was given ALL the rental information and fees up front on the phone so there were no surprises. The rental process was very easy and quick. First of all ESS is clean, secure and easy to access. The part of the experience that made them amazing though was the customer service! WOW the lady at the counter new me by name when I walked in and I'd only been there once before on the day I opened the account. I even received a friendly follow up call after clearing out my space to be sure I was done and no longer needed storage. Storage is storage but when you need a problem resolved or a little help or guidance its customer service like that that makes all the difference in the world
