It was easy to reserve and pay for a storage unit online and when i got there, it was way easier to access then the storage places i used to use! The staff was curteous and quick too, when i received my lock! The unit was clean and large enough to fit all the things i need to put into storage--it's a 10'x10'. To exit was simple too. Unlike other storage places, they have roofs in their units, so that u don't have to worry about someone climing over into ur unit! But, BE AWARE, they raise the price to double after 3 months of the 'special', and now, again after i've been with them a year now, they have again raised the price $30 more a month! There is no controlled air, no lights, no cameras, and prob no security here! So ur stuff might get ripped off or heat damaged! I am seriously considering moving all my stuff out to a different storage unit company!

Extra Space have provided me with extra room to store my overflow for eight and a half years. The facility is very clean, have easy access, and friendly staff. Over the years, they incorporated facility improvements and updated the storage door with a more secure locking door. As an 84 year old customer, I no longer have a need for many of the things that I considered essential, so I cleaned up my garage, donated many items, and moved what I had in Extra Space storage into my garage. The termination process was simple and quick. I don't have the gentleman's name that processed my termination, but he was very friendly and professional and answered all my questions with clarity. If I ever have a need for storage space, I will definitely use Extra Space storage again.
