During a sudden and difficult time during my life, I was faced with having to rent out a last minute storage unit and work with a budget. I had the pleasure of dealing with the Site Manager Joe Sanchez, and if I could give 10 stars I would! Joe went above and beyond the call of duty. He was patient, answered all of my many questions and remained pleasant while doing so. He also made me feel as if I was a VIP. Having customer associates like Joe really makes a visit or business transaction more like an experience to be remembered. I would definitely recommend this facility for all your storage needs.

My wife and I are staging our home for sale and we needed a self-storage facility that was local. ExtraSpace more than met our needs with several options in room sizes to choose from. The facility is immaculate, well lighted with plenty of carts to assist us. Also, the multi-level security is a very big factor with a staff on duty during business hours. I am very pleased with the service.

I recently rented a unit from the ExtraSpace storage facility at 260 Railroad Ave in Hackensack for the 3rd time. Joe and his associate, Ken, run a first class operation. The facility is clean and always well-maintained. Both gentlemen are very willing to share their knowledge to help the customer choose the best unit for their needs. They go out of their way to insure that each customer has an excellent customer service experience. As long as I need a storage unit, I wouldn't think of renting from anyone else.

Needed some storage space. They found me a great unit at a great price. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. During Sandy I called and left a message at the office concerned about flooding. I got a call back within an hour from the manager letting me know that the building was safe and sound. Wish that every company I did business with was as simple and delightful to deal with.

Directions from the North:
Take NJ-17S and stay left at fork, exit towards Polifly Rd. Make a left onto Terrace Ave and continue on Polifly Rd until you see Essex Street and make a right onto Essex. Follow Essex to Railroad Avenue and make a left. Our Hackensack Railroad Ave is located at 260 Railroad Avenue on the right and across from the Railroad.

Directions from the South:
Head northeast on NJ-17 N toward Henry St. Take the Polifly Rd/I-80 E/Hackensack exit. Merge onto Terrace Ave and then Continue onto Polifly Rd which turns into 1st Street. Follow 1st Street to Atlantic Avenue, make Right on Atlantic Avenue. Follow Atlantic Avenue to Railroad Avenue and make a left onto Railroad Avenue. Our Hackensack Railroad Ave is located at 260 Railroad Avenue on the right and across from the Railroad.

Directions from the East:
From the George Washignton Bridge and I-95 head towards I-80/New Jersey Turnpike, slight right onto I-80W. From I-80W take exit 64B for NJ-17 S toward Hasbrouck Hts/Newark. At the light make a right and follow Polifly Road which turns into 1st Street. Continue on 1st Street to Atlantic Street and make a right turn onto Atlantic. Continue on Atlantic Street to Railroad Ave and make a left onto Railroad ave. Our Hackensack Railroad Ave is located at 260 Railroad Avenue on the right and across from the Railroad.

Directions from the West:
Take I-80E towards the George Washington Bridge and take exit 62B and turn left onto Rochelle Ave. Follow Rochelle Ave to Central Avenue and make a right onto Central. Follow Central Avenue until you see Railroad Avenue and make a left onto Railroad. Our Hackensack Railroad Ave site is located at 260 Railroad Avenue on the right and across from the Railroad.
