Brian was beyond helpful in my purchasing of a new unit and moving out of my previous one. He was patient, kind, and explained everything thoroughly so I understood everything about the pricing and agreement. We did the whole process over the phone and it was quick.

Thank you BRIAN for knowing everything there is to know about LIFE STORAGE and helping me out if everyone was like you AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE we would have a world of happy people CUSTOMER SERVICE is one area that people have lately Slacked in not all but many they’re rude they don’t have patience the number one is lying they tell you what you wanna hear and it’s not even the truth of what’s going on and then they say to you oh please take our survey at the end of the call now they say yes to you tell you everything you wanna hear that’s not true you take the survey you rate them the highest score and then you call back a few days later because somethings not going right with based on what they told you and everything is a lie Well not here at LIFE STORAGE there are no lies no second guessing !! This place ROCKS!!

We used the 5*5 storage and it provides the enough space to put more than large 10boxes. Also, the staff, Brian was super nice with extra detailed explanation for the instruction!!! Very professional and highly recommended him and this location!??
