This place is absolutely unacceptable. I am beyond frustrated with the way this storage facility is managed. This is the SECOND time I’ve come to move extremely heavy items, and once again the elevator is broken. There is no excuse for this. To make matters worse, during the summer they don’t provide proper air conditioning, making the entire experience miserable and unsafe, especially when customers are moving heavy belongings. We pay a premium for these units, yet management can’t even maintain the most basic necessities like working elevators and a comfortable environment. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers’ time, money, or safety.If you’re considering renting a unit here, think twice. For the amount they charge, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I will definitely be looking for another storage facility.
