They lure you in with a short time promotion rate. Then, they send a notice of rent increase that is around 50% more then the quoted rate. Extra Space on ground management blames corporate regulations. They take advantage of desperate renters that are need for storage. Another scam so they can increase their profits. Extra Space Storage should change their name to "extra money". Terrible business model!
