Mariah and Jen were friendly and smiling. Mariah explained all that’s offered. She showed me two sized units and I settled on the second. I was informed that they would downsize as necessary. This location is perfect for where I’m moving to. The best part is I have access immediately!! I will highly recommend this establishment. Thank you.

Easy online process. They couldn’t verify my identity but the gentleman at the office couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. My only issues are forced insurance and no inside lighting. It would be nice if units were lighted to allow for loading and unloading belongings after dark.

10 x 10 was the perfect size for the things that didn’t fit in my apartment. The site was always secure, clean and easy to access. The people were friendly. I highly recommend Extra Space, especially living across from Riverwalk Apartments.
