Overall experience was pretty great! Office was clean and staff was very friendly and the price was right. I appreciated the honesty and sincerity with which I was treated. The only thing that could have been better was the booking online experience. It became very confusing as to which location actually provided the service/size of unit we were looking for but we were able to ultimately figure it out.

I highly recommend the ESS at 1909 Golf Course in Rio Rancho, NM. Always immaculately clean, w/ a friendly on-sight manager (Misty), it’s everything you’ll need for your overflow stuff, or perhaps abundance of collectibles that you can store in their “temperature controlled” area. 5 stars and 2 major thumbs up for this well run facility.
