I’ve had 2 units at this location and one has been broken into repeatedly (4 times), management has ultimately contributed to the break ins, this is how i know: 1st occurrence the lock was removed without a trace like it had been cut off, because a davinci combination lock doesn’t just come unlocked, and when i reported it to management I got no response. 2nd occurrence, the manager, Werby, called me to tell me my door had been damaged on my outdoor unit, but reassured me, suspiciously, that nothing was taken, when I told him I was on the way he told me not to worry that I didn’t need to do anything (like move to a new locker?) and the maintenance guy secured the door temporarily and they placed a lock on it and I could come get the key on Monday, I showed up anyway, just to find my locker half ass “secured” with a broken cable from the broken latch that looked to have been surgically removed. The “temporary repair looked like it wouldn’t have prevented a toddler from opening the door let alone someone that has inventoried my belongings. I counted this occurrence as the third since the lock they placed on my unit basically fell off the door soon as I touched the door, I opened the door to my horror and found my locker had been ransacked, items missing, etc. a police report was made since apparently Werby didn’t feel the need to make a police report of the incident he supposedly found and called me about earlier that morning. I had to temporarily secure the door since the maintenance person seems to be incapable of using common sense on securing a door with a hasp style lock, and not to mention the storage facility is beside a Home Depot for crying out loud! The fourth wasn’t much of a break in, more like a chest bump by opening my door and leaving the lock this time, so I made some adjustments to my repair and re-secured the door and it has still not been properly repaired not has any mitigation been offered, oh and these people have the gall to raise my rate, for what? It’s not going towards security, not going towards anything but profits for the next quarter report. And to ice the cake how about they forged a signature onto a hold harmless agreement after the break ins were reported to police, and the cherry on top, haven’t seen Werby since before the break ins in his managerial position anyway, I’ve spotted him sneaking around in the facility and no one from this facility wants to talk to me to show me video footage or anything, and I’ve asked multiple times, all I get is crickets… I’m beyond pissed off at this point not only due to the items that were taken were worthless to anyone else but priceless to me since it was items i collected while active duty in the marine corps from around the world, literally… I’ve never dealt with such poor management ever. Oh and I want to mention the other day while I was at my main locker moving stuff around, an employee asked if I had put an item by the dumpster, and when I told her I had not she smarted off and said that’s ok I’ll go watch the cameras, funny how you’ll guard a dumpster but god forbid you do your due diligence to find the thief that robbed a paying tenant! Oh that’s right, because it was an inside job… to get my eBay store inventory! Smh is all I can do… just smh!!!

I wish I could leave zero stars. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a storage facility. My unit has been broken into FOUR separate times, and despite repeated attempts to get help and resolution from management, I have largely been met with silence and indifference. The back gate is not properly closing or is secured tonight, which has forced me to stay overnight at the facility on multiple occasions just to feel like my belongings might be safe. The back fence area is also heavily covered in overgrowth, which in my opinion creates an additional security risk and makes it even easier for suspicious activity to go unnoticed. The fact that a paying customer feels obligated to sit on-site overnight to protect their property should say everything about the condition and security of this facility. After the second break-in, management stopped communicating with me almost entirely. The temporary “fix” they used on my unit door failed immediately and led to another break-in the very same night. They placed one of their locks on my unit, preventing me from accessing it until Monday, so I had no way of knowing the condition of my belongings after the second incident. When I arrived Sunday evening, their lock was laying on the ground and my unit doors were standing wide open AGAIN. I was also sent a “hold harmless” agreement that I NEVER signed and was never properly informed about. I requested documentation, email records, security footage, and gate access logs because there is always a digital trail for these things. I received no clarification and no meaningful response. Even the detective assigned to my case reportedly could not get in contact with management. To make matters worse, I recently discovered my rent had been increased without proper notice. Ironically, one of the few times management DID contact me was not about the repeated break-ins or my unsecured unit — it was to remind me rent was due on a unit that still is not properly secured. On February 2, 2026, I was diagnosed with a pituitary macroadenoma. I was scheduled for surgery on May 20, 2026, but due to the extreme stress caused by this ongoing situation, my blood pressure became dangerously elevated — reaching 180/98 at times — and my surgery had to be canceled because of the medical risks involved. This situation has had a serious impact on my health, my businesses, and my livelihood. The treatment from staff has also been unacceptable. Two days ago, an employee — a Black woman with longer hair — accused my boyfriend of dumping a vehicle seat near the dumpster. When he denied it, she responded with a rude attitude saying she would “go check the cameras.” He replied that maybe she should check the cameras to see who broke into our unit four times. She then slammed the door as she was walking back in from cutting locks off of several units. I also previously had an issue with this same employee when attempting to rent another unit. I explained that I had a medical condition and did not have my driver’s license physically on me at that moment, but instead of handling the situation professionally, she responded dismissively and said, “I need your ID because I don’t know who you say you are.” I expected basic security, professionalism, dignity, and respect. I received none of those things. It has been over a month since the first break-in on April 22, and there still has not been any meaningful resolution. This entire experience has been exhausting, stressful, and honestly sickening. I would strongly caution anyone considering storing their belongings here.
