Josh has great customer service. Decided to rent a storage space because he was informative and knowledgeable. We took a tour on a hot day- just needed some beer. That would be the only improvement I’d recommend! :) Josh called me to let me know that my lock wasn’t on right. I really appreciate the extra attention to detail. He checks on us when we are loading our unit which I really appreciate
