Have charged me a lot of late fees, never comped them ever. New staff are friendly, but their app seems not to work and the website also has serious issues. Thus I end up being late on payments through no fault of my own, and even threatened with concerning emails about my items being auctioned off long before they are legally allowed to do that. Jacked up my rent from under $100, to now over $300 per month. Oregon desperately needs reform of storage unit rental law to protect tenants from abusive corporate practices.

The facility was fairly clean and the onsite staff are helpful. The reason we moved our things to another location was primarily because of the very aggressive price increases for the unit rental without any increase in benefit to us.
