Very quick & pleasant experience >>> Would Recommend <<< The lady assisting me on the phone was very professional yet laid back & kept it short including all the prices, sizes of units, locations, business hours & current deals & reserved a unit for me & time/date to show up at the particular property I decided to rent with. The lady at the property was a very nice lady, professional, gave me a tour, went through the paperwork in a fast and manageable time explaining everything & answering any questions I had. I got the keys and access card & was back with my belongings to unload. ? * Facility kept clean * Safe Place (no sketchiness or creeps) * Inside Units up to 6 levels w/elevators * Temperature inside was cool * Restrooms inside facility * Fair prices with a handful of different deals to choose from that best fits your situation * Unloading dock that's "drive up" accessible w/moving carts ?? - No dumpsters or trash cans on property (so you have to bring your trash with you). - Online it says that it's a 24/7 hours Gate Access & that's not true, you can access your unit up until 10pm. - No plug-ins to charge your phone - Hidden Fees: 1 Time Only Admin Fee $29, Insurance $16.50 plus monthly rent for your unit (prices vary depending on what size unit your renting).
