Our experience at Extra Space Storage was great! It was easy from the time I reserved a spot online till we walked out. They followed up regularly through phone and email. When we went to the facility we signed up with Roger, who was absolutely delightful! He was very well informed, friendly, warm, professional, and even helped us remember our code for the space. And, he also gave us helpful tips on getting in and out. The facility seemed clean, well maintained, and safe. We just started renting it out and hopefully things will go well.
