Pretty easy and convenient. My only gripe is my rent doubled two years in after a fairly marginal increase after the first year. Aside from that, would use their space again.

Jonas and, I believe, Kate, worked with us to set up our rental and the process couldn't have been smoother. They weren't pushy and didn't try to upsell us or anything, they just listened to our situation and helped us confirm what we needed and the rest was a breeze.
