Locked up like Fort Knox, I never worried about getting my unit broken into. I had to enter my code 3 times to get to my unit. I only had to access to my floor. My car was also secured in the gated and covered parking lot while I visited. The outside of the location in Slabtown can be a bit sketch so bring a friend when you're moving in and out. The facility has restrooms that were kept clean. The floor and elevator were usually clean as well. You can't guarantee that every single time you visit someone doesn't leave their junk in the parking lot but I could tell that staff cleaned daily. 4 stars because it's always ludacris to get rental rate hikes each year despite no change or upgrades to the facility. I understand that's the fundamentals of any storage unit company and I'll continue to remark that it's wrong. Saying that, this was probably the best storage company I have used in Portland. It was also very easy to end my contract. Just a two weeks notice.

I gave 5 stars for the rental process. Super easy and Stevie was amazing. She was very professional and made sure any questions I had were answered thoroughly. The place is well maintained and clean throughout. I also like the fact you are able to access your unit until 10pm. Most of the other places only let you access it until 6-7pm. The price seems reasonable as well.

This place was amazing, super clean and very well secured! For added safety you park your car in a gated locked area where no one can get in without the code and it is sealed so no one can jump the fence. Big plus in downtown Portland. Staff super nice and helpful and everything is clean and nice.
