Staff is great, but I have to question the facility itself. On move-in day, the main gate was open and stayed open even as we left after 10 as was the access side glass door. The air conditioning unit was also not working well, so it was hot and humid. Definitely uncomfortable and miserable as we were moving in items and organizing. And to top it off, the elevator closest to our unit was not working. So, unfortunately not off to a good start and not a good first impression. In renting this unit, I advised them that I left another facility due to the constant rate increases. I was assured that they don't do that. I wouldn't have to worry about constant rate increases. Well, they LIED. In a year, I've had TWO rate increases.
