The manager Kristan was very pro active with giving 3 or 4 solutions for our problem. As a result we were able to reduce Our monthly expense by transfering to another unit, not to mention Eliminating the extra expense of moving to another storage as well the time we saved from not having to load up and move. She was AWESOME !!!

We moved our stored items from another storage because it was was nearly $100 cheaper, for the same size unit, than our other storage. The day we started our rental on 01.14.2025, there was an employee from another location who was unbelievably helpful. While we struggled with the technical side of the rental (a glitch in our account and the Bluetooth lock) she was right there the entire time. Over the next few days of moving our items we me with Kristen. She also walked through the technical side of our unit and helped without any frustration. She helped us get our app working and went above and beyond helping us with all of our endless questions. Extra Space, you have hired several amazing people that we had delt with during this entire process and that includes the person (Kris) that we spoke to on the phone prior about reserving our unit and the IT department, as well as the people onsite.
