My transaction with Extra Space Storage was quick and easy. I love the convenience of reviewing and completing everything online at my own pace. Then Kristen, the Asst Mgr, called to confirm my unit and welcome me. She was very kind, thorough, and accommodating. Moving is stressful, but She was there to assist in any way she could, and that helped to make my move in flawless. I truly appreciated all her assistance and patience. This is my second unit with Extra Space, and I highly recommend Extra Space for anyone's self-storage needs. The cleanliness and security of the property, friendly and helpful staff sets the bar high against any other storage locations.
