Thank you for placing Katherine in charge of Extra Space Storage on 7095 Crestway Road in San Antonio. We had issues with previous management at Extra Space Storage and the company they purchased the property from, but that all changed when Katherine took over. Katherine is extremely kind and helpful. We were unable to get into our storage space because previous management had changed locks without informing us but Katherine was able to straighten everything out and was in regular contact to update us and to ensure everything was fine. Katherine went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Extra Space Storage will always keep our business because of Katherine's hard work.

I was with lock away storage ,and was getting ripped off. You guys came in and cut my bill in half. Jennifer at the crest way location in San Antonio really went above and beyond for me and my family. If this company has any more people like Jennifer floating around,they should be PROMOTED. I’ve never has customer service like that!
