The staff, especially Ursula is top notch. They are the epitome of excellent customer service! I’d kept a storage for a few years, moving across country, caring for parents belongings, and just extra space in general. If you need a space, I highly recommend 6110 Walzem. This is the first time I called this place I love the energy I love customer service this is a great place to store your storage and have no worries the atmosphere was beautiful their employees are male mannered and respectful I will recommend them to anyone!!!

Nyah, The extra space storage, Customer Service agent went above and beyond from the moment I walked in the door by welcoming me in and then taking time while she was busy to have me look at one of the units which, which helped me decide right away, but I not only wanted The unit but also that I'd be taking care of with excellent customer service.
