So far so good. Still on my first month. The process from online reservation to arriving to see a clean storage unit ready with a lock ready to go. Facilities are clean and often well lighted. Using the App to enter, unlock and exit is a great system. Ill update more after a few months. (I'm storing my stuff due to a office renovation)

Best customer service with Hannah

Hannah was amazing/ superb. Her customer experience was outstanding. Hanna needs a pay raise a big one

I'm changing this review because I have since stopped using this self-storage company. I originally began using them when they were Lockaway Storage, prior to their changing ownership and name. Patrick worked for them at the time and I can only assume he was fired at the time of purchase. Also, the former manager, Patrick, regularly solicited Google reviews (he did not specify they had to be 5 stars, but read into that what you will) from brand new customers with the offer of a free lock. So please take older reviews like mine with a grain of salt. I wrote my original review on my first day of the contract. I don't know if this method of getting Google reviews has continued with the current staff though. I have since switched to using a reputable family owned storage facility in New Braunfels, TX that keeps a consistent price with no large price hikes after the initial contract period. I am very happy with this storage company as I never have to fear sudden large price increase that companies like Lockaway Storage and Extra Space Storage are prone to doing. He thoroughly explained the unit options as well, helping me to better select one to suit my needs.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Management is even more terrible! We had our unit broken into and they stole everything of value. Manager didn’t care at ALL. She was soooo incredibly rude to my husband. If I could give negative 100 stars I would. The young manager was so dismissive and rude to him, when I knew something was wrong with our lock it wouldn't open and that's because it was changed. The manager never apologized or said anything to us to make us feel better she just said we have to buy another lock and that she would have to cut the other lock off. We called the police and filed a report. I know of two other people this has recently happened to as well. Exact same break in and all stuff gone and management dismissive and rude. Sounds like an inside job to me..
