We originally acquired two storage units at the facility in Clinton and have to drive 15 minutes each way to get there. We wanted something bigger and closer to our EMT school. I rented a 10x20 online at the Ogden facility, and when I got there, it was not going to be big enough for our needs. I went to the front office and was met by Emma, the facility manager. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. She recommended a few different size options, found the perfect location for a drive-up unit to facilitate easy loading and unloading and helped me convert my online rental into something more efficient and practical. Within 10 minutes, I had exactly what I needed and couldn't be happier with the price and location of my unit. I will promptly be cancelling my other Clinton units and bringing all my business to Emma and the Ogden facility! Gated access to the facility, easy drive-up directly in front of the units, slightly older doors and they aren't as "fancy", but overall, this is an upgrade for our storage needs and the customer service alone will make me overlook the age of the facility.
