Easy check in and check out. Gate access was easy to operate. Storage access spaces kept clean. Gave me a good deal going in. Yes, the rates did go up after the deal expired (as expected). Overall very satisfied with experience.

The kiosk at the office is pretty neat; if the office is empty you can video chat with a rep for your needs or they can call a rep to come onsite if needed. Onsite, Tracy was very helpful; we are new users, so she explained the process very thoroughly. Tracy showed us a few units to help us determine what size we really needed, along with how much coverage to get insurance for. She also gave us a good rate and stacked it with a military discount.
