The new facility at 5548 W Hammerfest Dr offers 49,574 net rentable square feet and encompasses a total of 460 units. Designed with customer convenience in mind, the property is a single-story structure with a balanced 50% mix of interior climate-controlled and drive-up units. This layout not only caters to a wide array of storage preferences but also ensures ease of access for all customers.
