Extra Space Storage Launches 2026 There's Space for Everyone Scholarship
The Extra Space Storage There's Space for Everyone Scholarship is back for 2026! We're awarding eight $3,000 scholarships to students committed to building inclusive communities. Apply April 1 through May 31.
Extra Space Storage is excited to announce that our There's Space for Everyone Scholarship is back for 2026! Our mission is to promote access to higher education for all by offering financial aid to incoming and current college students.

"Reading about the efforts these students are making to enhance inclusivity in their communities is inspiring. We are thrilled to offer the scholarship again this year and look forward to seeing even more remarkable contributions."
Rather than being a need or achievement-based scholarship, our There's Space for Everyone Scholarship is designed to support the leaders of tomorrow who strive to make the world a better place. We're proud to continue offering this program for those who will use the education they receive today to create a better future.
Extra Space Storage is awarding a total of eight $3,000 scholarships to students who demonstrate a passion for inclusion and community improvement. Five of these scholarships will be available to any student attending an accredited U.S. college or university, and the remaining three will be offered to Extra Space Storage employees or family members of employees.
To qualify, students must be:
Enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university for the fall 2026 semester.
A full-time undergraduate or graduate student.
A legal resident of the U.S.
At least 16 years old.

Interested students can apply by filling out our scholarship form and attaching an essay (between 500 and 800 words) answering the question: “How have you exhibited a commitment to inclusion and strengthening your community through work, service, or other extracurricular activities, and how will your education help you continue this commitment during college and beyond?”
Submissions will be accepted from April 1, 2026 through May 31, 2026, and winners will be announced on June 30, 2026. The announcement date is subject to change without notice.
