A Customer Protection Plan from Extra Space Storage can also provide coverage in certain situations. It covers the personal property contents of a vehicle parked in an open space (but not the vehicle itself). For vehicles parked inside a unit, a Customer Protection Plan can satisfy the insurance requirement if the selected policy limit covers the vehicle's value.
