In the past there were employees that would leave units open overnight when a unit was going into lein for persons to go into. There was always trash around the dumpsters as well, the gate often was open for days at a time. Customer service, we will leave that one alone. I was very sceptical when my daughter told me she was renting here. She said it's new people, better all together. I had went to see for myself. Absolutely an amazing difference. Outstanding customer service. Online service, cake walk! The facility looks as different as day and night. Have and will recommend Storage Express. At present date, including myself, there are 3 family members renting as well an extended family member. THANK YOU FOR PEACE OF MIND!! Oh and the rates are PHENOMENAL!!
