The process of getting the storage unit was a success the customer representative Aaron was very helpful with the entire process. I had trouble getting into my unit I dialed the number at the kiosk which was very convenient and was walked through the process to open my unit. The unit was very clean would definitely recommend to a family or friend. Today 5/7 I spoke to Marvin he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the pay rates and explained how I could lower my rates he was very helpful.

When contacting Extra Space the gentleman that took my information answered my numerous questions was very professional and went above and beyond. Was at the site questions about the keys came up and was cleared up with one phone call. As well as the property manager calling and checking to make sure everything worked out okay. Barely do these surveys but I believe that The customer service today warranted it. I see more and more people when they're at work thinking that they're doing you a favor doing their job. They somehow forget that needing a specific service gives them their paychecks. So thank you Extra Space. Happy to see pride in their job and is helpful to others. ??
