The unit I rented was one month late and they sold it. They wouldn't even let me get my cancer meds out. They're simply heartless!

Dissapointed After being a customer several years. With monthly increase of 20$ plus and drive/lot full of leaves. My unit full of insects. But at least someone always shows up when I visit. Might be Storage Express, might not. I would prefer any caretakers to greet me. Will re-evaulate on next visit. And yes I'm moving property to another facility that is 20$ cheaper for same space per month.
