Only issue we had is if you have any size truck at all or worse yet, a truck with a trailer, it is almost impossible to get in and around the facility. Very tight spaces. If you had a 26 foot box truck and depending where your unit is, you would not get that truck in there. It's a great place though. Good people to work with and good prices.

This Storage Express , Central City Kentucky, is okay. But I definitely don't care for their customer service people. If you have a cell phone, they'll burn it up with phone calls. Over small details, which I would have taken care of without them burning my phone up

The customer service representative I talked with was very helpful and courteous. She helped me choose a size appropriate for my needs and had the whole process done in no time. The rules and everything were explained clearly. The storage unit is easy to get into. Grounds were clean and unit was clean and a brand new lock with keys was provided.
