We were specifically told by a woman from Texas that our price was not promotional. We were told rates can go up to adjust for inflation and what not but not that our rate would double after 3 months. Me and wife specifically asked flat out will our bill go up and she said "Not for a long time ". We were also told we could pre pay to avoid rate changes but that was no longer an option once rates increased. It was traditional predatory and lying tactics to get you to sign up. The store manager also was not helpful and did not seem to like being questioned and was quickly trying to get off the phone. We just had a baby and were moving. Thanks for adding additional stress of having to move to another storage company. Ive already spoken with 2 and your rates are much higher than other's here in town.

This type of miscommunication is not acceptable, especially when you specifically asked about potential rate increases and were given inaccurate information about the prepayment option to avoid rate changes.
