Grabbing a unit was very simple and great customer service and support. Gave me heads up on the discounts and how to keep the rate for a period of time to save a LOT of money. We’re in the process of building a home so it’s great to have such a new and clean facility close to the house…….

Wanted to share this story with you because it is not something that I believe what happened automatically at other storage companies.. when I stopped in a few days ago to put some things into our storage unit I found a new lock on there that we did not have a key to. Was a little confused by this and so is my wife so I stopped by today to find out what was going on. I talked to Ariana who told me that during one of the walkthroughs my storage unit was found to have been left unlocked.. as in the lock was just missing. The person doing the check, Ariana told me her name is Samantha, took the time to go back to the office get a lock and put it on as well as follow up with us. The only reason we didn't know about it was because we have not updated our phone numbers or email addresses. So Samantha and Ariana did everything right and did everything extra it was the customer that screwed up. I am very certain that in other storage companies that would not happen probably because it would not be found. Forget your storage companies, how many companies in general have people that are always going above what the bare minimum is from no other reason then integrity. I'm guessing not many.. but you have two people who fit that description at this one location, Samantha and ariana. Please pass along my compliments.

I just moved here and it was an awesome experience! The staff there was so nice and helped me with my move amazingly!! I will surly use this storage facility again for many years to come!
