Charles took care of me when they couldn't access the office to grab my key, so he came back with a new lock and cut my old one, free of charge, with a $25 credit! Very helpful people and reasonably priced, definitely recommend.

April the Manager was extremely friendly and went out of her way to be helpful to us and answer any questions that we had about getting us set up with a new storage unit. She went over and beyond what I feel like a normal customer experience would have been any other place. I feel like I was dealing with a family member so I felt at home instead of feeling like I was just another face. She exhibited knowledge of the company and what could be offered to us and the options that we had to choose from. We were able to make our own decisions without feeling pressured. Her service to us was invaluable! She was the reason that we came back to Extra Space Storage to rent our unit. She should be recognized for her great attitude and good customer service.
