My wife & I have been with this storage facility since it's beginnings as Budget Storage. And down through the years have seen it change hands to become what it is today, "Extraspace storage ". But I have to say I've never been more impressed as I was today 7/25/24 with management. You see I had a reasonable concern that needed addressing. And once I spoke to the site manager (Lashanda Carter) she totally understood and resolved the situation. Just like that, 123 done. . She's very knowledgeable and patient. And because of her, I left in a different mindset than when I arrived. (Thx Lashanda) for your help and quick laughter (1800).To anyone new to the area or already established in Cornelius, or surrounding areas, I totally recommend Extraspace Storage facility @ 9225 Westmoreland Rd Cornelius NC for long or short term stay. Units are very clean and accessible. But best of all they're Inside and temperature controlled. Rental prices are reasonable in my opinion. So check this facility out. Need help, see Lashanda, she's on the 1??....

It smelled so good when we first walked in, and Lashanda was extremely nice and helpful! She helped us to get more bang for our buck in storage space and was happy doing so. I'll definitely use this location again.
