If I ever have to use a storage rental again this is where I will be again! Customer service excellent. Professional; absolutely. As a customer, my opinion is Angie is on top of her game and is there to speak to and work out any question or challenge you may have. She wants the best workplace and handles her job accordingly. Sherise, she will be out there in the windy rain and freezing cold sawing the lock off of your unit, because you lost your key to get in. She is easy to talk to and will help you with whatever your question or issue is. Definitely 10 out of 10 stars!
