The associate I spoke with was very concise and extremely helpful in the explanation of services offered. I called 2 other storage facilities before storage express but in the first 30 seconds I knew this was the right place. Customer service was well done! My daughter didn?t have any complaints about the cleanliness of the facility. She didn?t feel unsafe. And she said it was an effortless process to get set up upon arrival. Way to go guys. We live in an appartment complex and storage is an issue, our small patio does not have room for four bikes, four kayaks, a grill, and patio furniture. This storage facility has been our solution. Customer service asked what I wanted to use the unit for and the length of our kayaks to help us get the space we needed at the lowest price. A 5?15 unit doesn't seem like it is a common size, but it ended up being the perfect size for us. I have had this unit for over two years now and I have had very little complaints. I did get a little snow thru the door during the heavy storms this past winter. But that has absolutely been my only problem. And I honestly never spoke to a representative about that issue. My rent has changed once in the 2+ years, but only by two dollars. Off grounds customer service is always available and offer help anytime you use the kiosk. I have only needed to call them twice, the day I started my rental agreement, and when they were updating their online payment service. With each call the workers were easy to understand and willing to help with anything I needed. I love the availability to use, pay for, and access the unit on my own without assistance. (There are many times that we pull in at 4:30-5am to get out kayaks and camping supplies or stop at 2am on our way back in town.)

The people I talk to are always nice. Location and basic bldgs are fine. However, have to keep items off floor as it gets wet when it rains!!! A multitude of stinkbugs invade also.
