Excellent customer service from Kellen at the Kenny Rd location. He went above and beyond on a Saturday evening after closing to ensure I was able to get access to my unit. Thank you Kellen!

Seems as if 6 inches of snow is not enough to get a snowplow to this location! Instead I have to trudge through snow of my boots. It slso wouldn't hurt to add letters to the end of your buildings so I can find which row has my space.

We have used various size units at this Extra Space Storage location over the last couple of years. Kellen is great to work with. He takes a lot of pride in his job. I would recommend this storage location.

When my family and I were in process from moving to Ohio from out of state, I received excellent customer service! During my storage search, I was a little early in trying to lock in a unit. During that time, I was in contact with the store manager Kellen Belt. He maintained contact with me and notified me on unit availability. He was very professional and patient with me during my search. I was able to rent a unit out for the time I needed. He made the whole process less stressful for me which was a huge help! I would definitely recommend this location to others.
