After experiencing the unexpected death of my grandmother, I had to move a lot of her belongings to storage until I could deal with it when I got my new place. I was so blessed by Mr. Sutton and his presence and kindness using ExtraSpace will definitely be an offer for me in the near future and definitely have great reviews towards anyone I speak with regarding it. Marvin was fantastic. He was very friendly and professional. He took us to view the unit that we ultimately chose to rent, explained everything to us, then took us back to the unit to demonstrate the lock usage to us. I’m a new customer here at Extra Storage Space and I was amazed at how easy the process was. I created an account online and drove over to complete the set up. The site manager, Marvin, was very accommodating and made me feel reassured that my unit will be safe and secure. Overall, the facilities are clean, well maintained, and easily accessible. Used a couple of drive-up storage units for work and a climate controlled unit here over the years. There are always several hand carts available and the facility is always kept very clean. I actually managed to lose my keys at one point and the property manager very kindly helped me promptly regain access to my unit.
