The staff at this facility is always helpful and employees get 5/5. The one star comes from the obvious predatory practice of arbitrarily raising prices as much as possible. 50% price increase after one year then another completely arbitrary 20% raise 6 months later. They only mail the notification for price increases even though I get a billion emails about payment. Don't use this company, it's predatory as with most every corporate entity that has consumed the place of normal people.
