I’ve rented a storage unit here for a couple of years, and always had a great experience with their staff and systems. Got a good deal when both moving in and out, and customer service was always helpful with any questions and flexible with reasonable requests. They clearly hire good people and provide a good service — I highly recommend this place. Kemisha is the current manager and she is very professional and helpful beyond my expectations: when I had a question or needed anything she made it easy. If you’ve experienced unworkable situations with staff or badly designed “security” systems at a different storage company, you’ll appreciate how well Extra Space Storage runs this service/business.

The facilities are clean, well maintained, and secure. The staff did a great job of discussing use cases and didn't pressure us at all to get a unit bigger than w needed. They let us know up front what the total monthly charge would be and that we could purchase additional insurance if we wanted to. Bluetooth gate access was a great bonus, and move out was an absolute breeze. I would absolutely use Extra Space on 10th St W again!
