My rent increased from $318 to $726.20 since 2018. Predatory behavior. I have another storage unit outside of extra space, and the price of that unit increased in line with inflation. In addition, my unit and my neighbor's units were broken into. Addition to above review: I scheduled a move out date with them, and could see the move out date on my account when I logged in. They continued to charge me again after my move out date even though they assured me this wouldn’t happen and that they had removed my card from autopay. I could not recommend them less.
