-Revisit 6/17/26 I'm not as happy with the company as a whole. My storage was broken into, along with other renters fairly recently and my big complaint is that my rate keeps going up. There is no reason for it to keep going up. I went down to 3 stars because the storage is indoors and temp controlled. It's definitely not safe and corporate greed keeps the prices going up. This location is a convenient location for me. Sarah is awesome and helped me find the storage area I was looking for. She also introduced me to the app. It’s awesome. It’s like an E-Key for the gate and doors. Pricing is fairly similar with the competition if not lower than others around me. I did a lot of research and it all boils down to customer service. Thanks Sarah!

I was a customer here up until I didn't need a storage unit anymore. It was a nice place. Well lit inside, affordable, clean grounds, and nice staff. I never had any issues besides a loose aggressive dog inside of the gate from another customer, but management took care of that fast. I will come back if I need another storage unit in the future!

Solid experience! The booking process was very easy, Jared was kind and professional, and the storage worked well and was easy to access. If I had to tweak anything, it would be for the app. (Making it easier to log into your account to see your billing history rather than having to go for a web browser.) But that’s pretty small and on the whole experience was great! It is a little pricey, but that’s comparative to most storage units.
