Avoid at all costs! We are military and have used storage units a lot. Spouse recently retired, and we needed storage. The starting rate was $156. That lasted 3 months. They sent a notice saying they would increase the rate to $230. That is crazy! They said that is market unit fee and would only take it down to $208. Good luck on trying to reach corporate. You will keep getting routed to the unit location. When you reach corporate, they are NOT helpful. We either have to eat this increase or move our stuff. So disappointed!!
