Signed up 2 months ago. Today I get a letter in the mail about a 20% price increase due to "current market conditions" ?!?! We all know you are trying to price gouge people who are not able to easily switch to a better company. Horrible. 2 stars because at least the place is clean. Additionally, they only have like 4-5 carts, so good luck moving your stuff if they are all in use. You'd think a company who is price gouging like they are could afford to splurge a little on one or two more carts/flatbeds...

Extra Space Storage has been great! Move in was easy. At one point during my time there, I switched to a smaller unit, they made it seamless. Kris was very helpful with my move out and was able to quick resolve a simple issue. I would highly recommend them!
