Sarah is AMAZING but you prices are horrible and I don’t like that you raise your rate on existing customers every 4 months sometimes by more than $50 a month. That is NOT how you retain lasting relationships with customers! Do better!

Rental was easy online and quick to do. Sarah was an absolute Wonder Woman as she was juggling multiple tasks and was able to get me into the unit within minutes of coming into the office. The app is nice with the bluetooth option to not memorize a code and the facility itself was nice and clean. Thank you Sarah for your help over a busy holiday week.

Had a very good experience. The person who helped us out explained things very well and answered all of our questions. Was expecting it to be a tedious process but it was super smooth and quick!

Move-in and move-oit transpired smoothly and the staff was very helpful throughout. It would be nice if the gates were opened earlier or later but I understand there are unavoidable factors.

This location on Dublin in Colorado Springs is fantastic to work with. I have had storage units at two locations with Extra Space and each of the managers at the Austin Bluffs and Dublin are so wonderful to work with. I have to give Kudos to Sarah at the Dublin Location. I ran into some issues with my unit and EACH time I contacted her she was very professional and helped through the process while keeping the company guidelines at the front, so I knew each step and timelines for each step. The Dublin location is lucky to have such a caring and professional employee working there.

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. Their manager was fantastic. When I moved in to my space there was snow right outside of the entrance so I went to the office and asked the manager to salt the area and in seconds she was putting salt out. Extra Space was so easy and convenient and I loved the app that gave a digital entry, no long codes to get in an out. I just recently moved to a large unit and the on-site manager is The Best ?? she helped me navigate the switch and in minutes I was in a larger unit. The prices are great and my location is excellent.

I’ve used this storage since February of 2024 & Haven’t had any hiccups. They’re very flexible & communication is very transparent. Sarah at this location has been very sweet and understanding. Thank you for being the least of my worries extra storage
