I moved out and scheduled my move out and even received confirmation and these people still charged my card for a monthly bill and when I call and call again to get someone to help with a refund, they don’t pick up or call back when I leave messages. This is ridiculous and frustrating and it didn’t have to be this stressful experience. Never using them again.

I had received a rate increase on my storage unit so I called Jared (manager) to discuss this change and he adjusted the amount to a more reasonable price.
