? 1/5 — Absolutely disgusting experience. After being a PAYING TENANT here for over a year, I never imagined I would be treated like a criminal for needing help. While retrieving my belongings, I became severely dehydrated, dizzy, and collapsed. My phone couldn’t call 911, so I yelled for help. Instead of someone simply checking whether I was okay, THE POLICE WERE CALLED ON ME for “trespassing” and “breaking and entering” — at the storage facility where I had been paying for my own unit for OVER A YEAR. Then management somehow made the situation even worse by having me TRESPASSED from the property. I had never had problems with this manager before, yet after I needed help, their response was apparently to ban me from accessing my own belongings. Now I have to arrange for a friend and/or police escort just to retrieve the rest of my property. Absolutely heartless. And maybe I should've expected this level of care from a facility CRAWLING WITH RATS. Every time I checked my unit, there seemed to be more piles of rat droppings around my belongings, and you can literally hear rodents moving through the walls. It's filthy and disgusting. After more than a year of taking my money, this place left me with rat droppings around my property, police showing up when I was calling for help, and management banning me from the facility where I PAY to store my belongings. If you're considering trusting this location with your property, seriously think twice. A storage facility is supposed to keep your belongings secure and treat paying customers with basic professionalism. Based on my experience, I wouldn't trust this location with an empty cardboard box. The rats apparently get treated more like tenants than the actual paying customers. Save yourself the headache, the disgust, and the disrespect. Store your belongings somewhere else.
