I Had My Stuff In This Storage About 5yrs. & I Never Had A Problem With Stuff Getting Destroyed Or Stolen! The Workers There Were All Very Nice & Polite & Very Understanding If U Were Experiencing Hardship They Would Do There Absolute Best To Help U In Any Way They Could With Approval From Management! My Number One Coworker I Really Liked & Enjoyed There Was Rhea She Always Goes Above & Beyond & Always Smiling & She is Always In A Good Mood! Now I've Got All My Belongings Out I Will Definitely Miss Her! If U Need A Good Storage Place I Would Highly Recommend This Storage Unit For Sure! I Would Come Back If I Ever Need To!

Easy to find. Attentive manager on site is a pleasure to deal with making setting up a snap. Rhea went out of her way and was very accommodating. Was recommended by a friend because of timing and location right off the 70. Clean. Well lit. Very pleased.

Not sure how some saw dust got me kicked out and this didn’t. I would sort books all night long tell 5 in the morning and come back at 11 at night. Never got kicked out. Started to make cutting board. First week I’m kicked out and I been at this facility for around 7 years. Got to give a big shot out to Jan. She just does her thing. Does her job and stays out of mine. Never no conflict and she been there the whole time.

Looked for many places but this one definitely caught our eye for many reasons. Price, location, ease of use, manager Rhea is awesome (plus she’s on site) but overall a clean facility!

I came to her this morning looking for a storage for my boat. She told me she could let me know on Friday. She called me later on the same day and was able to secure a space for me. Very easy person to work with! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had no worries with her. THANKS!!

I called the Extra Space Storage hotline and they were prompt about answering the phone and throughly answered all my questions with a great attitude.
