We arrived to retrieve some things from our storage unit around 7pm and someone was standing in front of our unit WIDE open. They handed us the lock for our unit and said they noticed some valuable things. We have no idea how the unit was opened or when, but there is no staff person here or available over the phone. We recommend another storage facility with better security and customer service.

I just showed up to my unit WIDE open with a random man standing in front of it holding my lock in his hand, scanning my items inside of it when I rounded the corner. I am always extremely vigilant about locking my unit and hadn’t been there in many weeks. I have no idea how it was opened, who opened it, or why but I have not been able to get ahold of a single customer service representative or staff member to help me address this terrible security issue. Definitely go to another storage unit location if you want better security or customer service.

The place is ok - I have a locker on the 1st floor which is nice, but often the ladder to access it is taken by people storing their stuff on it. There used to be 2 ladders but I could only find 1 this time. More ladders would just be appreciated.
