I'm so frustrated with this storage unit beyond belief right now because I transferred from another Extra Space Storage Unit that was actually in my budget and only transferred to this one which is closer with the guarantee that the storage unit would be compromised in-between the $164 price I had for the same unit size to a $272 amount that is at this one. I'm a disabled veteran with no car and on a fixed income! This is the first time I've ever had any issue with them and I just can't believe that they would do this to a disabled veteran! They have broken all trust I had with the Extra Space Storage Unit Company!

Love the extra space storage in Boca Raton. One can pull up directly to your unit as all are on street level. Clean and air conditioned storage units. Love the automated gate access with the app - worked every time. Good hours as well (6 am to 10 pm). Super easy to reserve unit and close it out when we were. Shipping company was able to pull in with large truck and load directly from the unit.
