I never thought moving to a climate control facility is so easy and convenient. Thomas the facility manager had been most helpful in helping me decide the type and size of unit. He explained how the monthly rate worked and got me the best price possible for my needs. In and out the gate is digitalize with the downloaded app or punch in the code, making the trips efficient. There are carts at first floor to use for renters and those were easy to operate. Even though I rented 2nd floor that needed elevator access, the cart(s) really made moving painless. So far, I love my unit and had pleasant experience throughout with moving in and accessing my unit.
