Nice facility. Decent rate. However they upped me within the first 6 months. I also miss making my payment one day after the late fee. Called and was able to talk to Preston. He was a great help! He was able to get me a credit for the following month and also find a great rate for my unit. I highly recommend using this facility. Not just for the location, but even more so the staff you get to work with.

I got a good deal online thru another site that compared prices of different companies. On the 5 th month I was surprised the auto payment was over $50 more. I called to negotiate to lower my payment to the original rate.I liked the convenience moving in getting a code and a lock without going to the office initially. The unpractical uneven brick paver L shaped entrance to the building is horrible. Things fell off the cart because the entrance was so bumpy .They need a wider concrete direct pathway badly! I do not like that insurance is required vs optional. There seems to be too many 3? disability parking spaces at the entrance requiring to park farther away . I like the partially shaded parking lot .The restroom and building is clean and there are ample heavy duty metal carts available. I like that a code is needed for the gated entrance and to use the elevator . rating 3 stars mostly because of the bumpy paver entrance.
