I've stored my things with extra space for over a yr. This location is always very safe n very clean. The employees are very professional n friendly and go out of their way to help.

We had to get storage space after Hurricane Helene and at first got storage where they kept jacking up the pricing. Extra Space with communication has been great. They listened to our needs and set us up beautifully. The units are clean and climate control at Belcher is a great location- no dangers of flooding either. We are very grateful.

This storage facility is first class all the way. It’s very clean and secure. I have an inside unit that is climate controlled and I’m very happy with the hours of access and the level of security as well as the office staff. The manager Preston in particular was very helpful. I was having problems getting my home garage back in shape after the 2024 hurricanes we suffered in our area; having waited five months for the insurance company and FEMA to finally tell us they couldn’t help and it was all on me. I thought I had paid for enough months In advanceat at the initial discounted rate, but as it turned out I needed a little more time. He was sympathetic to my situation and kept my rate lower for the little bit more time that I needed. That was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this storage facility if it’s convenient for your needs.

I recently called Preston about a rent increase on my unit. In lieu of this increase I wanted to move nto a smaller space. He made a generous offer and renegoiated the price increase on my current unit. Needless to say I’ve never had a vendor do this for me before. I appreciate his concern and his kind consideration of our circumstance.
