She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly efficient, taking the time to answer every question and making me feel like a valued customer instead of just another account. Then Laura came in and truly sealed the deal! Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine desire to help confirmed that I had chosen the right storage facility. Together, these two ladies created an experience that was welcoming, stress-free, and memorable. Moving is one of life’s most stressful events, but thanks to Chy and Laura, this part of the process was actually enjoyable. Their kindness, teamwork, and outstanding customer service deserve to be recognized. If every business had employees like these two, the world would be a much better place!
