Broken down elevator made an easy transfer from one unit to another, a real nightmare. What should’ve had taken three hours to get done, resulted into an all day ordeal. My son and I spent approximately 14+ hours on a Sunday, moving the contents on a 10x10 Unit, on the 2nd floor; to another unit on the 4th floor. SHAME ON YOU EXTRA STORAGE SPACE!!!??
