Nick at the storage facility was honestly a standout. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain all my options clearly, made sure I understood pricing, and helped me find the best unit for what I needed without any pressure. He took the time to take us to view a couple of units to find one that best suits my needs. What really made the difference was his attitude—super friendly, easy to talk to, and you can tell he actually cares about helping people, not just getting them in and out. The whole process was smooth and stress-free because of him. If you’re looking for great customer service and someone who knows what they’re doing, ask for Nick.
